Dr. Tao Huan – The University of British Columbia Dr. Huan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of British Columbia. Having received his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Alberta, his current research focuses on the synergistic development of analytical and bioinformatic methods for mass spectrometry-based metabolomics. Dr. Dajana Vuckovic – Concordia University Dr. Vuckovic is an Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and Director of the Centre for Biological Applications of Mass Spectrometry at Concordia University.  She develops advanced LC-MS metabolomics and lipidomics methods for biofluids and tissues and new microextraction-based strategies for unstable metabolites and at-home sampling.
